The next step for HOWL is Education for Elephants. In order to accomplish this, HOWL has already contacted a major school district in Moshi for this year, 2016. The goals will be the same: to allow the youth of Tazania to experience a Safari and educate them on the importance of the wildlife of their country. In doing this, the long range goal is that they will help to stop the poaching of the animals, as well as help to take care of their precious environment. In order to do this, the approach will be twofold: to interact with the teachers as well as the students. To accomplish this, further materials will be needed that is both appropriate for younger as well as older students; and, arrangements will be needed to provide transportation and admission to the parks, as well as food and other necessities for the trips. To accomplish this, funds will need to be raised both through private donations as well as seeking grant money.
